Forbes Nicol is the Scottish Team Principal of Ignite GP and an experienced figure within UAE junior karting. Having built Synergy UAE into an established race team — including winning many UAE Championships — Forbes now leads its evolution into Ignite GP. His focus is on developing young drivers through a structured pathway from their first experience in karting through Bambino, Micro, Mini and Junior competition, with coaching, race preparation, onboard video and data analysis forming part of the development programme.
