Every tier has a purpose, and an exit.

Rookie
The first 3–5 sessions.
Sessions 1–5
Focus
- Kart familiarisation and seating position
- Throttle, brake and steering basics
- Flags and track awareness
- Confidence at controlled speed
Outcome
Drives full laps consistently and safely, understands the basic signals, wants to come back.

Development
Building repeatability and technique.
Blocks of 6–8
Focus
- Racing line and reference points
- Braking technique and release
- Throttle application on exit
- Lap-to-lap consistency
Outcome
Lap times fall within a narrow band; the driver can explain what they did differently on a good lap.

Advanced
Racecraft and telemetry introduced.

- Overtaking and defending
- Race starts and first-corner discipline
- Reading a speed trace and onboard footage
- Wet-weather technique
Outcome
Comfortable in traffic, can race wheel-to-wheel cleanly and recognises their own mistakes in the data.
