Winter karting in Dubai for international drivers

From October to April the UAE runs a full karting calendar in racing weather. For a European driver that is a winter of testing and racing instead of a winter of waiting.
Three formats
Testing. A round. A winter.
- Testing block
- Three to five consecutive days at one or two circuits with a run plan, data reference laps and setup work — often before a European season starts.
- Single round
- Test day plus race weekend at an IAME UAE or Rotax round. Kart, engine, tyres, fuel, mechanic, coach, data and entry.
- Winter championship
- A full block of rounds with the kart kept and maintained between them, and flights planned around the calendar.

Drivers from the UK, Europe, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, India and further afield race the UAE winter with Ignite. Everything except the driver is provided.
