Who we are

Ignite GP, formerly Synergy UAE, is a junior karting and driver-development team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This website, kidskarting.ae, is run by the team. Questions about this notice go to the enquiry form.

What we collect, and why

The enquiry form. The driver's first name and age, karting experience and — only for drivers who already race — their category, kart and championship; your name, email address, phone number and how you prefer to be contacted; where you are based, preferred dates and anything you add in the message. We ask for exactly what a coach needs to recommend the right programme and reply with a price and a date. Each enquiry gets a reference number.

The chat assistant. If you use the chat button, what you type is stored as a conversation so a coach can pick it up, and is sent to the AI service that generates the replies (Anthropic's Claude API). The assistant asks the same things as the form — parent, child's age, experience, interest, timing, contact details — and whether you would like camp and race-day updates. It never quotes prices or books anything.

WhatsApp. If you message the team's WhatsApp number, your number, profile name and messages are handled through WhatsApp (Meta) and stored with your enquiry in the same way.

Technical details. With an enquiry we keep the page it was sent from, the browser type and the referring page, to spot abuse and to understand which pages lead to enquiries. Nothing else about your visit is recorded by the site itself.

Where it goes

Enquiries and conversations are stored in the website's own database and passed to the team's management system, the Team Hub (hub.kidskarting.ae), where coaches and staff reply and, if you book, run your sessions. New enquiries also reach staff as an email or WhatsApp alert. We do not sell your details, and we share them only with the service providers that make the above work: our hosting provider, the email and WhatsApp messaging services and the AI service named above.

Marketing

We contact you about your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you say yes to updates in the chat, and you can withdraw that at any time by telling us.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries. It sets analytics cookies in your browser and records the pages you view and the buttons and links you use on them, the site or campaign that brought you here, your approximate location (country and city) and your device type. Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google also sets advertising cookies; we use them only to measure which of our Google adverts lead to an enquiry, not to build advertising audiences or to show you personalised adverts. Google is never sent your name, your contact details, your child's details or anything you type into the form or the chat. The chat keeps its conversation id in your browser's session storage so a conversation survives a page change; staff sign-in to the leads page uses one cookie that only staff ever receive.

Children

This website is for parents and guardians. We ask for a driver's first name and age so a coach can recommend the right programme, and nothing more — please do not send more about a child than that. Photographs of drivers appear on the site only with their family's permission.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and, if you join a programme, to run it. You can ask us at any time to see what we hold, to correct it or to delete it: write to the enquiry form quoting your enquiry reference if you have one.

Changes

This notice is updated when the site changes what it does with your details. The date at the top is the date of the last change.
